How this record is builtStart with your question

Service records last checked 2026-09-23 (next due 2026-09-30). Public coverage records last read 2026-09-16 to 2026-09-17. Every fact carries its own date. What changed
The details matter. So do the gaps.
A company statement, a public-plan listing and a research finding answer different questions. This record keeps them separate.
When sources disagree, both versions stay visible. When a fact has not been found, the page says so.
Maple: where the weight medication assessment is offered
Three Maple pages still disagree. The help page excludes Nova Scotia, Nunavut and the Northwest Territories; the assessment page lists ten jurisdictions; the obesity page says the complimentary membership weight assessment is for Ontario only. Only Ontario appears on all three. Where a page describes whether the assessment is included in membership, that is a benefit question, not the same thing as where the service is offered.

What this record is
A maintained record. Each fact is tied to a claim in an evidence ledger, with the source page, the date the source carries, and the date it was read. When a provider's own pages disagree with each other, both versions are shown side by side. When nobody has looked yet, the cell says so.
What this record is not
- Not a clinic, a pharmacy, or a prescribing service. Nobody here assesses you.
- Not a ranking. Services are listed alphabetically, included whether or not they have any relationship with this site (none do).
- Not a coverage checker. It shows what a plan document says; it never tells you whether your claim will be paid.
- Not a stock checker. Regulatory approval is not the same as a product being on a shelf, and this site never says a medicine is on a shelf today.
- Not a dosing or cost calculator. It never multiplies a per-pen price into a month and never picks a dose to finish a sum.
Scope
All ten provinces and three territories from the first version. The evidence is deep for British Columbia and Ontario, moderate for the other eight provinces, and programme-level only for the territories. Where it is thin, the page says so instead of staying silent. Seven online and public services are documented: Felix, Hims, Jill, Maple, Medical Weight Management (BC public program), Phoenix and Pocketpills.
Recent changes to the record
- 2026-09-23 (site build 0.6): Ten AI-generated editorial illustrations added, one per primary route (home, compare, costs, coverage, provinces, medicines, evidence, care options, about, ask). Eight carry original reading-note text or verified article citations (STEP 1 2021, SURMOUNT-1 2022, Canadian adult obesity guideline 2020). Each is captioned as AI-generated; the About page carries the shared provenance statement.
- 2026-09-23 (dataset v1.1): All seven provider records reread on their public pages on 2026-09-23 (R4-1, 101 source rows). Unchanged facts now carry both dates; conflicts that persist stay open with a dated history
- 2026-09-23 (dataset v1.1): '$0 initial fee (waived), then $59 per month; not a free first month', with the three-month enrolment and renewal conditions shown separately
